1. How much does shipping cost

The shipping cost changes based on where you’re sending it and how many items you buy.

Just add what you want to your cart, head to checkout, and put in your email and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will update and show up on the checkout page.

For the US, it’s $4.95 for the first item and then it’s free for any more items sent within the country.

For other countries, it’s $7.95 for the first item, and any additional items are shipped for free.

2. How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

Shipping times and delivery dates can differ based on the carrier, so here’s a quick rundown of what to expect:

Estimated Shipping Times & Costs:

  • United States: It usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Costs US$4.95.
  • Worldwide: Expect 7 to 15 business days. Costs US$7.95.

Order Processing: It takes about 2-3 business days to get your order ready to ship.

Total Delivery Time: This is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Remember, we’re talking business days here, which means Monday to Friday.

3. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

No, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you’ll have to place separate orders for each location.

4. Order Tracking:

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to keep tabs on your order.

5. Lost or Damaged Item:

MaGoose isn’t responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. If you run into any problems, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier to address the issue.
