30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return: Email us at support@magoose.net for return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Fee: We will provide return labels (labels prepaid, customer need to download and print). There is no cost with return shipping.
Damages and Issues: Immediately report any defects or incorrect items upon receipt to ensure prompt resolution.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
