No, you can checkout online as a guest, but you will miss out on the benefits of joining.

Click here to create an account. It’s fast and free. Enter your name, email address, and set up a password. The email address given at time of registration will function as your username each time you log in.

Passwords are case sensitive. If you forget it, click Forgot Password and we will send your password to the email address on file.

The first time you make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing addresses. This information will be stored on our secure server, making all future checkouts fast and easy.

For shipping, we use trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped and has a tracking number, we’ll email you the link to track your package. Please confirm on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails that the item was ordered and shipped. If an item is delayed, it should be stated on one or both of these emails. You can also verify on your shipping confirmation email if several packages are shipping. Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday)

Depending on the weight and size of the merchandise you select and the location to which your items will be delivered, different shipping methods and prices will be offered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, once your order has shipped, If you never received a shipping confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us  Monday-Friday 9am–5pm CST, so we can provide you with the tracking information.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
